No two projects or situations are the same.

Flow is a multidisciplinary firm with unparalleled hydrology experience on projects large and small of varied complexities. Flow is capable of being the boots on the ground providing field work, scientific research, hydrologic and biotic monitoring, hydroclimatic monitoring networks, technical studies for feasibility for future mines, build and train teams, and resolving social conflicts between mining, oil, hydropower, geothermal and environmental conservation companies and communities before minor issues become major ones through community support and cooperation.

Every natural resources project comes with its unique set of challenges and obstacles that require solutions tailored to that specific project.

Sometimes our work begins long before the first shovel breaks ground. We consider not only the spoken, but the unspoken and the subtle nuances. Our goal is to resolve social conflicts that arise with the presence of natural resources companies in communities before the field work or hydrology work begins.

In the early stages of a project, our approach is very low tech ... we listen, then devise a plan that takes into account the land, its inhabitants and the project’s objectives. The plan needs to be fair and equitable for all.
